I wanted to start by saying that Stefani did a great job with my highlights—she truly understood what I was looking for and delivered expected results. I have no complaints about the color work or her skill. My concern is regarding the billing. I was charged for 5 hours of Stefani’s time, plus an additional $15 for a bang trim and an extra amount for color product usage (Stefani was done 30 min earlier). While I understand that additional color product may incur a charge, I was informed in advance that extra dye would be needed but wasn't informed that it would result in an added fee. The bang trim itself took only a few minutes, did not include cleanup of stray hairs (I had to do this myself in the restroom), and there was no styled blowout with volume. For these reasons, the additional $15 felt unexpected and disproportionate. I’d greatly appreciate it if the owner could reach out to me so we can review the situation and find a fair resolution. There's a statement that you strive for pricing transparency, and that clients will be notified about any upcharges, so that we know what to expect. Thank you for reading my review. Update: the manager of the salon reached me out. Sincerely apologized for any inconveniences, adjusted the amount of paid services. I appreciate the efforts to make things right. Thank you!

She has helped me achieve the perfect color and cut while keeping it so healthy. She is so sweet and easy to talk to and also does such a good job, she’s so thorough and patient and always has all the answers to my many hair questions.
